Terms and Conditions

Permit: Raffle Permit LS213311119 held on behalf of Cancer Council Western Australia (Inc.) (ABN: 15 190 821 561) Level 1, 420 Bagot Rd, Subiaco 6008 (Cancer Council WA) to conduct and promote the Raffle in Western Australia.

Raffle Permit Holder: Bertha Cottrell, Fundraising Campaigns Manager (08 9212 4315).

Promotion period

  • Raffle begins: Thursday 1 August 2019
  • Main draw close date: Saturday 31 August 2019 23:59 AWST
  • Main draw date: Tuesday 3 September 2019 11:00 AWST

Purchasers must be 18 years or older.

Tickets at $10 each will be sold.

The winner will be notified in writing and the name of the prize winner will be published online the day after the draw at https://www.cancerwa.asn.au/  and https://www.cancercouncilfundraising.com.au/raffle/dig-deep

 

Major prize:

The prize consists of economy return flights for two from Perth to Melbourne departing on

Thursday 26 September 2019 and returning on Sunday 29 September 2019

Two Reserved Seating Tickets to the 2019 Toyota AFL Grand Final on Saturday 28 September 2019 at the MCG

3 nights’ accommodation at Novotel Melbourne On Collins in a Classic Room from

Thursday 26 September 2019

Transfers from Melbourne Airport to the hotel and return

Prize is not transferable for money or exchangeable for other goods

 

The total retail value of prize is $7326 at the raffle launch. 

The prize is not exchangeable or redeemable for cash and must be accepted as awarded. The winner is responsible for making arrangements to claim and collect the prize at their own cost. The prize awarded may not be exactly as illustrated.

Conduct of draw: The prize draw will be conducted by executives of Cancer Council WA at its offices at Level 1, 420 Bagot Rd, Subiaco WA 6008.

If the prize is unclaimed it will be dealt with in accordance with the procedures set out in the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987 (WA).

Refunds: Requests for refunds will need written approval of the Gaming and Wagering Commission. This process may take a number of weeks. Refunds cannot be issued after the prize draws.

 

Purchases: Ticket purchases are not tax deductable.

Changes: Where it is lawful to do so, these Terms and Conditions may be updated to address any errors or to clarify information and re-published online at https://www.cancerwa.asn.au/   and https://www.cancercouncilfundraising.com.au/raffle/dig-deep

Excluded purchasers: Tickets must not be purchased by the Permit Holder.
