TERMS & CONDITIONS 

• You must be at least 18yrs of age to join.
• Cancer Council NT, Randazzo Properties and Darwin Motor Group relatives of up to degrees of relation are excluded from joining this raffle.
• Prize is non-convertible to cash and non-transferable.
• Winner will cover all other expenses after turnover of the key and awarding of the prize.
  • Cancer Council NT will be responsible for shipping cost.
• The raffle will be drawn on 18 March 2023, 9:30pm at the Cancer Council NT Office with an independent observer, who will also act as the adjudicator. The raffle will close at 8:30pm 18 March 2023.
• The raffle will be drawn using a randomised electronic tool, or other method as determined by the adjudicator and pursuant to the Community Gaming Act 2018 and Community Gaming Regulation 2020.
• The winner of the prize will be notified by phone and/or email. Prizes uncollected after 3 months will be re-drawn, subject to the decision of the adjudicator.
• The total prize pool is 1 item valued at $22,190.
• Tickets will be sold as: 1 ticket for $5.00
• Ticket sales will be capped at a maximum of 13,200 tickets.
• The prize is a Suzuki Swift II (S2) 5-Door GL Navigator 1.2L Automatic including on-road costs.
• Winner must collect prize from Darwin Motor Group Office located at 32-46 Stuart Highway, Stuart Park, NT 0820 by appointment or pay costs of shipping to final destination.
• Cancer Council NT, Randazzo Properties, and/or Darwin Motor Group staff and board members and their immediate families are not permitted to enter.
